Trauma Tapping Technique (TTT) is a technique to cope with trauma, anxiety and stress. It’s often called a “first aid” technique and is a great complement to other types of therapies. It’s a simple technique that is easy to use, easy to learn and easy to teach. It’s silent which means that there’s no need to orally share difficult emotions with someone else. If you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, trauma, or if you feel emotionally uncomfortable in any way, TTT can be a great tool on the way. Trauma Tapping Technique is developed by The Peaceful Heart Network, a non-profit organization founded by Gunilla Hamne and Ulf Sandström in 2010

After having my website up for a few months, I was thinking it’s time to get this blog running as well! My idea with this blog is that I want to create a space where I can share things with you, ideas, thoughts, knowledge etc. A space that is a little bit further away from all the fast paced social media platforms. A space that is maybe a little bit calmer, that maybe can encourage a little bit more stillness and reflection in our everyday life. I will most likely make posts about a big variety of topics, but all within wellbeing and health. Of course things related to massage, but also for example tips on exercises for pain relief, stretching, strengthening etc, and things related to mental wellbeing such as stress relief, mindfulness and meditation. All mixed up with some reviews and recommendations for books, films, podcasts and music in the area. I hope you're in for the ride! :) /Hanna Categories |
