That will change your life.” This quote sums up very well my approach when it comes to health and wellness coaching. To make a change that will last, it’s important to break it down into small parts, and move forward step by step.

The first question is: what is health for you?
I’ll help you figure out what health and wellbeing means to you, and together we discover how your healthy lifestyle will look like, how your life can be adjusted and changed in a way that works for you, in the longterm. Step by step we work through your current health situation and lifestyle, and identify your main objectives and goals with the coaching sessions. Then we create an action plan.
A change in habits and routines will always require work that at times can be difficult to do by yourself, but through dialogue, exercises and follow up, I’ll help and support you to find and maintaining your inspiration and motivation for change and achieving results.

Areas you might want help with can be either more specific, or it can be a more general feeling of wanting to have a healthier lifestyle. However, one thing to keep in mind is that many things are connected. Focus areas can therefore be one or several of these:
Stress - managing stress in different situations, and in everyday life. Practice to slow down your mind.
Physical activity - getting started with training or change in activities, with the aim to get stronger, more energy, being pain free, better cardio, and/or to lose weight etc. Food - finding healthy routines when it comes to eating, snacking or drinking, to get more energy, lose weight, and healthier eating habits in general. Better sleep - for more energy to manage your everyday life, and to make healthier choices. |

The coaching is offered in English or in Swedish, and can be done either in-person or online.
Prices
Single session 50min - 55€
Package 3x50min - 145€
If you are already a clients of mine, it’s possible to book a combination-session (contact me for more info):
Combo: 45min coaching +45min massage - 75€ (not for new clients)
Note that the first time we meet for a coaching session it might take longer, approximately 60-75min.
Payment can be done with cash or MBway.
